We are looking for Software Engineers who will collaborate with business teams to develop and deliver innovative technology solutions. You should have experience with traditional and modern technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular 4, Typescript, HTTP, REST API, PostgreSQL, Git, Shell scripting, Swagger, Open API, Docker, AWS, Jenkins, etc.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the analysis of requirements, high level and detailed design, integration, and implementation activities to support Line of Business platforms tools and other related technologies.
• Own solution delivery while adhering to defined development life cycle, good software design practices, and architecture guidelines
• Implement software engineering best practices to ensure high quality and efficient development process.
• Document design decisions. Enforce design standards and guidelines.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or military experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Application development
• At least 2 years of experience in agile software development
• At least 2 years of experience with detailed technical design
• At least 2 years of experience in test planning and user acceptance testing
• At least 2 years with SQL Server or other RDBMS technology
• At least 2 years with a scripting language: Python, PowerShell or JavaScript

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• 1+ years of experience developing financial or human resource applications
• 1+ years in Salesforce or Workday
• 1+ years of experience in incentive compensation management or any line of business incentives area with complex and varied plans implementation
